"No Show/ No Call " and NO CANCELLATION appointment/s will be marked "No Show" and is BLOCKED FROM THE SYSTEM with no exceptions to regular clients, until we hear from you. Three (3) "NO SHOWS" will be permanently locked.
You get an email confirmation when you make your appointment online as well as the option to be reminded from your cell phone. While you get a call reminder a day before your appointment when you book over the phone. There is no reason then you can not call to cancel your appointment.
Every day, we have "wait list" clients waiting to fill in cancellations.
